The Healthphone Messaging Engine (HME) is focused on helping the healthcare consumer and their families or caregivers play an active role in the management of their health. It enables productive interactions between informed activated consumers and prepared, proactive healthcare providers.

It “plugs in” to wider care plans being managed by providers and it incorporates “Patient self care programs” such as Diabetes, CVD, diet and nutrition, smoking cessation, weight loss, fitness, rehabilitation, pregnancy, general health and wellbeing.

The Healthphone Messaging Engine is delivered by patient portal, remote devices and mobile phones.
