Concordia provides a patient-centric view of care plans and associated treatments.

You will notice how the Concordia home page is embedded within Microsoft Outlook, integrating seamlessly with your email, calendar, tasks and contacts. Learning how to use Concordia is easy because it builds on existing Microsoft functionality. Appointments booked for patients/clients appear automatically in your calendar; you will be reminded of important care plan actions; and documents from external providers, such as pharmacy and labs, are queued for your review.

Concordia uses a colour coding system so that the status of your patient is immediately apparent. Fully integrated security means that once you have logged onto Windows all patient information you have the right to view becomes available.
