Business Case Development
This initial phase allows us to step inside your organization to work with you to understand the business processes that Healthphone's Concordia solution can support. This process identifies the precise points where the solution will impact and enhance your organization while accommodating your unique requirements.
Your business processes are compared to the Concordia model to identify the points of impact the solution will have upon the business.
Opportunities for process redesign are identified to deliver the maximum benefit of the solution.
Agreement on any unique configurations of the solution or process redesign is reached.
The output of this phase is a business case that:
- Identifies customer requirements, reporting and business rule considerations, device and network requirements, user numbers and types, financial and other benefits, risks and mitigation and an implementation plan.
- Reflects the final cost-of-ownership forming the basis of the delivery and acceptance of the Concordia solution.

The Concordia solution is then deployed according to your implementation plan.
