Concordia is fully hosted and delivered by telecommunications carriers in each country. The telecommunications carrier hosting Concordia provides and manages all servers, databases and software. Network access, user support and system upgrade services are provided as part of the solution.

Concordia is a complete turnkey solution available on a monthly fee basis. Customers own their own data which is completely secure and routinely backed up at the telco data centre. A help desk supports customers facilitating rapid uptake within the customer organizations.
