Concordia can be delivered to various devices depending on user requirements.

PCs based in-facility are the norm for residential care providers and administration staff.

For community-based caregivers, a range of mobile devices is available - including PDAs and Smartphones. Healthphone and the telecommunications carrier assist healthcare providers to select the most appropriate devices.

Patients and families can interact with Concordia via the Internet or a mobile phone.

The default Concordia service delivery model is a hosted solution, with server hardware and devices provided as part of the model. However, where a customer has recently invested in new IT infrastructure, Healthphone and the telecommunications carrier will work with healthcare providers to ensure their current investment is maximized within the delivery model.
