Hosting and Delivery Partner - To Be Advised
In the USA, Healthphone Solutions Limited will work in partnership with telecommunications carriers to provide hosting and delivery of the Healthphone applications. Our telco partners will contract directly with the health organization customer.
Healthphone's telco partners will provide the following services:
- Hosting - Healthphone applications and customer database
- Support - hardware, software, network support and help desk
- Billing - invoicing and payment receipt
- Networks - data connectivity between the health worker and the health organization's database over the telco network
- Devices - PCs, laptops, mobile phones, PDAs as required
- Operations - network management and faults service
Microsoft USA - Go To Market Partner
As part of Microsoft's global partnership with Healthphone, Microsoft USA is actively assisting Healthphone to become established in the USA. Healthphone's solution fit well with Microsoft's healthcare vision.
