Healthphone's telco partner in Singapore is SingTel, and Microsoft Singapore is actively assisting Healthphone to become established in the region. Interest in Healthphone's Community Care Management Solution (CCMS) is high with Healthphone and SingTel currently working together on the first pilot implementation in Singapore.

In Singapore, Healthphone is working in partnership with SingTel. SingTel provides hosting and delivery services for Healthphone.
SingTel provides the following services:
- Hosting - Healthphone applications and customer database
- Support - hardware, software, network support and help desk
- Billing - invoicing and payment receipt
- Networks - data connectivity between the health worker and the health organization's database over the TELUS network
- Devices - PCs, laptops, mobile phones, PDAs as required
- Operations - network management and faults service
