In Canada, Healthphone is working in partnership with TELUS. TELUS provides hosting and delivery services for Healthphone.
TELUS provides the following services:
- Hosting - Healthphone applications and customer database
- Support - hardware, software, network support and help desk
- Billing - invoicing and payment receipt
- Networks - data connectivity between the health worker and the health organization's database over the TELUS network
- Devices - mobile phones, PDAs as required
- Operations - network management and faults service
