Healthphone appoints Paula Hucko as Managing Director Healthphone Canada

Healthphone has appointed Paula Hucko to the position of Managing Director of their recently launched North American operation, Healthphone Canada. Ms. Hucko is a 25-year veteran of the software development and financial services industries, most recently with pVelocity Inc. as CEO, and earlier with GE Healthcare after their acquisition of Triple G Systems Group.

Healthphone has appointed Martin Riegel as its new Commercial Director and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Riegel has over 20 year's industry experience including 10 years at Intel Corporation. He has previously held senior executive roles at multiple early stage companies including raising over $75M USD in financing as well as involvement in M&A transactions.

The focus of the Showcase is seamless patient-focused healthcare, supported by world-class information technology providing clinical and financial benefits to the health sector. It integrates the applications and services of six participating software vendors using "off the shelf" business tools collectively to create workflow management and online clinician collaboration.
